01 Shipping Partners

We ship all European orders through trusted international courier partners including DHL Express and DPD, ensuring reliable, trackable delivery across all EU member states and the wider European region.

Our fulfilment is managed from Milan, Italy, placing us at the heart of Europe for fast, efficient dispatch to every corner of the continent.

02 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian and EU public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

03 Delivery Timelines

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We always show the full cost before you confirm — no surprises.

05 Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment's progress through our courier partner's portal.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at care@thecaseproject.com.

06 Non-Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:

We'll contact you to confirm or correct your address. Re-shipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll process it for the product value — original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. A small thing that saves a lot of hassle.

07 Customs & Import Duties

For customers within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply — we ship within the EU single market.

For deliveries to non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland, Norway, or the UK), local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or cover these fees.
