All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across selected countries within Europe.
If your location is not serviceable at checkout, it means shipping is currently unavailable in your area.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Courier operations
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.
5. Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
- Additional shipping charges resulting from address correction requests
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If the package remains undelivered after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Refunds may exclude shipping and handling fees
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments within or outside the European Union:
- Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling charges.
- These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.
The Case Project is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
Approved cases may qualify for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
