Welcome to The Case Project
At The Case Project, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used products or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used phone cases
- Customized or personalised products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Minor colour variations due to screen/display settings
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Photos of the package received

Once verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund to the original payment method
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong model selected by the customer
Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. Return Shipping
In cases where the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
